
Payment Policy
For convenience, payment for services will be collected by Working Alliance after the session, per the client's payment method (e.g., EAP, insurance claim, HSA/FSA card, credit/debit card ). All clients are required to place a credit card on file prior to the start of services. Please note that the credit card on file will be charged to collect co-pays/co-insurance as well as late cancelation and missed appointment fees as these fees are not covered by EAP or insurance. Additional information about rates, fees, accepted forms of payment and insurance are described below .

$200 Initial Diagnostic Evaluation (55-60 min.)
Fees

Missed appointments will be charged the full session fee of $175.

The fee for late cancelations is $125.

Note: Insurance does not cover these fees. Client credit card will be charged to collect missed appointment and late cancelation fees.

Out-of-Network
Insurance Benefits

If you receive Out-of-Network benefits your insurance provider may reimburse you for the cost of therapy sessions.

We can provide you with a receipt (i.e., Superbill) to submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement.

You are encouraged to contact your insurance provider, prior to receiving services, to confirm that you have out-of-network benefits as well as the terms and procedures for reimbursement.
